Mariposa Entertainment was founded in 2022 by Paula Courtney, with a mission to provide opportunities and support for musicians, live music venues and charity organizations in the DFW community and beyond.

Music offers us the power to heal, the power to motivate and the power to find understanding amidst the chaos of our daily lives. It brings us energy and forces us to slow down when we become overwhelmed. Music brings people together and helps establish community. Songwriting is a powerful form of emotional expression and allows us to relate to the people around us in a unique and meaningful way.
